You will also get hands on experience building your first RAC database, creating oracle users and objects taught in the previous course. Day-1

  • Install and configure a 2-Node Oracle RAC Database
    Using Oracle VM VirtualBox on Oracle Linux / UNIX
    Install & Configure the UNIX Operating System
    Creating Oracle UNIX accounts
    Create Public, Virtual, Private & SCAN IPs
    Create & configure shared ASM disks
    Install the 19c Oracle GRID software
    Create a 2-Node RAC database using DBCA

  • Applying Critical Patch Updates (CPUs)
  • Upgrade an existing Oracle database to the latest or newer version.
